the 2013 Faculty Academy once again boasts

sessions
that
span
throughout one very
full day, but
this year
they are all presented by
representatives
from New River Community and Technical College!
I am very
pleased
to
lift up my academic colleagues by putting you on
the
stage
to
share
your experiences and expertise
in
this annual event.
The presentations
this year address a
range of
topics
from eBooks and new
definitions of distance education
to assessment
issues and
the creation of a
new online
student orientation.
As you
review
the program,
I’m certain you’ll
find
something of
interest
to you.
The Faculty Academy
is
intended
to be an event
to
showcase our own New
River
faculty and
this year
it achieves
that with a
100%.
It
is
truly YOUR event!
So please
