New River Online | Alert System Registration Form

New River Community and Technical College offers an Emergency Alert System to communicate quickly with the New River educational community regarding campus closings and emergency situations. The Emergency Alert System sends SMS text messages to cell phones and it can also send email messages. There is no charge for registration (it is free to our users) and any fees incurred by receiving the SMS messages is nominal. To receive the messages on your cell phone you must complete the registration form.

The optional groups allow you to receive targeted messages specific to your campus location. For example, if you select "Lewisburg" as your optional group, you would not receive information that pertains only to the other campus locations.
